Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was a real squeeze, wouldn't want to stay here more than one night alone, let alone with family. The rooms were small with no drawers for clothes, but no different from an average hotel room in Japan. On the positive side, the room included a large, well-appointed bathroom with a separate shower and tub, which was larger than the APA Hotel I stayed at previously.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small and had a strong carpet smell, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient near the subway station, although the dining options were mediocre. Overall, it was an average experience with some notable highlights and drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were modern, well-equipped, and kept clean and tidy. A perfect base for leisure or business use, especially with the convenient metro station nearby offering great links to central Tokyo and Narita Airport. The service was exceptional with staff willing to assist in various ways, such as guiding me to their sister spa. The location was superb, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and close to multiple subway stations. The dining experience was satisfactory, setting me up nicely for the day, but could have more variety. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent amenities.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small but clean, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The location was fantastic for exploring Tokyo with easy access to subways and plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was okay but could be improved. Overall, it was a good value for the price.
